Standard booking terms & conditions

We always do our best to take great care of our customers and will always work with them to ensure a smooth experience.
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to your first service time: You will receive a refund of the total amount, less a 15% fee.
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours prior to your first service time: You will receive a refund of the total price, less a 25% fee.
If you cancel your booking less that 12 hours prior to your first service time, you will receive no refund. This does not apply when your flight has been cancelled.
If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait for you to arrive.

Changes and updates
If you wish to change any of the details shown in your booking (including the date, time etc) you can do so as per the instructions in your booking confirmation email, very easily. We will always try to accommodate changes to the best of our ability and will always act fairly.
No Show’s
If you are regarded as a “no show”, you will not be entitled to any refund of the total amount of the the service.
Multiple services
If you have booked multiple services, we will act in a fair & reasonable manner to secure as much a refund of the additional services for you, as is fair, reasonable or possible. For these types of refunds, there will usually be a fee of 25% of the total booking amount deducted from any refund.
individual booking of multiple services over consecutive days
If you have booked an individual booking of multiple services, over consecutive days, you will not be entitled to a refund of the first days service and we will act in a fair & reasonable manner to secure as much a refund of the remaining consecutive days services for you, as is fair, reasonable or possible. For these types of refunds, there will usually be a fee of 25% of the total booking amount deducted from any refund.
Reports of service failure
Reports of provider service failure or other situation which affected the quality of service you received from the service provider must be sent to us by email, usually within 48 hours of the service failure happening. We will always thoroughly investigate any reported issues, which are reported to us in a timely manner. We will contact the service provider on your behalf to negotiate with them, if you request.
We may require you to provide photographic, video or other evidence to support your report. This is particularly helpful for you in situations where the service provider disagrees with your account of the service failure.
We will always investigate service failure reports in a fair and reasonable manner. We always advise that the best way to ask us to address any issue is to contact us directly, immediately, via email, or What’s app, rather than delaying or waiting or using a third party.
When paying a deposit only
The deposit amount paid at the time of making your booking is a non-refundable amount. In the event that you wish to change the service date or service type, this is possible and we are usually able to credit the value of your existing deposit to the new service, where the transferred deposit amount does not exceed 15% of the new service total price. If you fail to arrive for your service or classed as a “no show”, or need to change the service date / route within 24 hours prior to your original service start time, we may decide that it is no possible to transfer any deposit to a new service.
For all bookings
Any third party suppliers, drivers and transport companies and private tour guides providing products or other services on this website are independent contractors and not agents or employees of The trip crowd (UK) LTD.
The trip crowd (UK) LTD are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence or misconduct of any such providers or private tour guides or for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom or otherwise arising from you booking a product or service or your use of a product or service. The trip crowd (UK) LTD have no liability and will make no refund in the event of delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
In no event shall The trip crowd (UK) LTD (or their officers, directors and affiliates) be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages (including without limitation loss of data or information or costs to procure substitute goods or services) arising out of, or in any way connected with, product or service bookings made by you through this website or your access to, display of or use of this website or with the delay or inability to access, display or use this website (including but nor limited to, your reliance upon reviews and opinions appearing on this website; any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products, and services obtained through this website; or otherwise arising out of the access to, display of or use of this website) whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if The trip crowd (UK) LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to departure to protect your Product purchase. If you cancel your trip or significantly alter travel dates, your travel insurance policy may reimburse the cost of cancellation fees and related expenses. Please review your travel insurance policy carefully for related terms and conditions.
Applicable law and any further legal relations concerning The trip crowd (UK) LTD are subject exclusively to British law.
Applicable law and any further legal relations concerning the provision of services booked should be made directly to the provider, and is subject to the laws of the country which the service provider operates within.
The trip crowd (UK) LTD provides customers with information regarding private tour guides in many destinations via it’s websites. Private tour guides are independent contractors and not agents or affiliates of The trip crowd (UK) LTD. The trip crowd (UK) LTD does not screen or conduct background checks on private tour guides. Your use of private tour guides is at your sole risk. Customers are responsible for working directly with private tour guides on scheduling, meeting time / place, tour specifics and, where specifically noted, payment terms. The trip crowd (UK) LTD makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding private tour guides or their services.
