Excellent and reliable service provided at almost half of the price quoted by our accommodation provider. Paul and his team kept us updated through their WhatsApp communication service all the time. Their drivers wait for you even if your flight is delayed. I highly recommend and will definitely use their service again if needed in the future as well.

We were 3 cyclists with bikes and this company was great. Communication from Paul when booking was excellent and timely. Instructions for pick up at the airport were spot on. The drivers were the most helpful people you could wish for. I couldn’t praise the company enough.

Great communication via WhatsApp and reasonable prices, the driver messages you a reminder the day before pickup and everything was handled very easily. Our flight was over an hour delayed and the driver still just waited outside and didn’t complain.

we missed our bus from marrakech to essaouira, so we reached out to marrakech airport transfer and they had a driver to the bus station within 30 minutes. driver was excellent, the ride was smooth without any issues, and the total came out to around $75 USD. excellent service all around.

I would definitely recommend this service if you are travelling around Marrakesh and need a taxi, and for airport transfers to Marrakesh Airport. The online service is very clear and the team are very easy to work with. It was easy to confirm my booking, pay and make amendments. The taxi driver came early, was patient and helpful with our bags. I would prefer using this service over others in Marrakesh. Above all, the price is competitive and definitely cheaper than getting a taxi from the hotel reception. Thank you!

Great prompt service

I recently used this company on a visit to Marrakech. I was met at the airport by their representative who, obviously, knew my name and the fact that my flight had been delayed. We were immediately taken to the vehicle and set off. The minibus used was clean and in good condition. The driver friendly and polite, giving us details of notable sights and buildings as we passed, he was also happy to answer any and all questions that we had. We were dropped as close to our accommodation as possible, bearing in mind it was in the old town, and he offered to find a porter to assist with our luggage if we wished. I have no hesitation in recommending Marrakech Airport Transfer to anyone needing transport to or from the airport.

Very reliable, convenient, inexoensive, and friendly.

Pros: 1. Extremely easy and friendly to book. 2. Communication was always instant and spot on. Never felt lost or confused when we arrived at the airport. The car was waiting for us with the driver having our name board. There was a delay in clearing immigration so after connecting to the wifi i messeged Mr paul and he immediately responded to let me know that the driver is waiting outside and that he will convey the messg to him. 3. The driver was safe and very pleasant and helpful. Spoke English. Cons: 1. Not very happy with the condition of the car that we got. From the online pic it looked way better and was a different model I think. But on our return journey the car was much better and we had the same driver so that was good! Overall, a pleasent and safe experience, as we were 2 Ladies travelling for a journey of 2 - 3 hrs from Casablanca to Marrakesh. I would recommend.

Excellent service, both in the support of the booking and the transfer itself. When booking the night before departing I had made a type-o in the emailaddress and did not receive any confirmation. When getting in touch via whatsapp at 10pm I got an immediate response (Paul) and it was resolved quickly. Upon arrival, we unfortunately faced a 3 hour delay getting through the customs queue, yet once through we met with a very friendly Hind who immediately organised the driver to take us to the accommodation.

Found online and I was so surprised how well this transfer went. The price was great and cheaper than using the Riad’s own service. The sign was massive and so easy to find. Coordinator had us with our driver in less than a minute. Driver drove safely and called ahead to our Riad to make sure a porter was waiting at the car parking point. Thanks so much, highly recommended

Marrakech airport to down town hotel. Marrakech to Agadir Agadir hotel to airport. 3 transfers all absolutely perfect. Most importantly great WhatsApp communication throughout. Btw Marrakech to Agadir transfer was half the price of the hotel reception quote.
