I found Paul to be extremely helpful when arranging a transfer for our family group of 18 people. He advised on the best place and time to be collected, and the service was excellent. Our drivers arrived bang on time and were friendly and helpful, and the vehicles were clean and modern with ample space for all our luggage. Excellent value too, much cheaper than arranging a transfer through your riad or certain holiday search engines! Don’t hesitate to use these guys if you’re visiting Marrakech!

Do not pass this company if you need transport from the Airport to your hotel, we had to families 4 adults and 3 kids with plenty of luggage and got the 8 seater, I was pleasantly surprised with the cost and also from our hotel to the airport at the end of our holiday at 3.30 am, they were punctual to the minute when leaving our hotel. Both drivers had excellent English and were very helpful discussing all of what Marrakech had to offer, we will definitely be back and will absolutely use marrakechairporttransfer , I cannot recommend them enough 👌

Taxi Transfers were excellent clear instructions for the airport pick up location and a coordinator to introduce us to our driver. The cars were clean, comfortable and in good condition. Equally for the return journey a whatsapp message detailing time and location outside the hotel reception. We couldn't have asked for more. Price was very reasonable.

I used Marrakech Airport Transfer twice last month to travel between Marrakech and Essaouria. Both times the pick up was clearly organised, on time, with very pleasant and helpful drivers. We booked a transfer from Marakech to Agadir and it was terrific. The driver was very nice, he was on time, got us to agadir in good time, and even stopped along the way so we could have a toilet break. Communications from the company were great, the vehicle was in very good order and was very clean and comfortable. I can't fault anything about the service and would highly recommend.

We used the service to travel between Marrakech and Essaouira. Having a UK-based WhatsApp contact was very handy for keeping in touch with our agent whilst in Morocco. Our driver had a puncture on the way to Essaouira and promptly changed the wheel for a spare so we could continue our journey.

We had a fantastic experience with this transport company in Marrakech. Paul, the organiser, was brilliant from start to finish — incredibly helpful, very quick to respond, and always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions or help with arrangements. We booked airport transfers to and from Marrakech, as well as transport around the city for the entire weekend. We were a group of 13 women, and we always felt very safe, comfortable, and well looked after. Our driver Ahmed was a lovely man — always on time, friendly, and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. He made getting around Marrakech completely stress-free for us. Overall, it was a brilliant service and everything ran smoothly. We were extremely happy and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Marrakech.

The communication was excellent from the start—very responsive via email, and later we kept in touch easily with the driver through WhatsApp. The car was spotless and the ride to Essaouira was very comfortable. Booked very last minute form our hotel to the airport. Paul was super responsive, the ride was much cheaper than taxis outside the hotel and even the local taxis from the airport. Ours was super spacious, luxury merc van and the drive was also very responsive. All in all, will absolutely use again and recommend.

The team is very diligent and responsive. They are timely and reasonably priced. The cars are clean and they are good about sizing based on how many in your party.

I live in Marrakech and had an early morning flight. Marrakech Airport Transfer was professional. I was able to schedule my pick up in the morning, and pay in advance online, which was fabulously convenient. They met my expectations perfectly, arriving even a bit earlier than the scheduled time, helped me get my bags loaded and kindly drove me to the airport. I’m not overly talkative with strangers so I enjoyed my quiet early morning ride.

Booked after reading previous reviews and we were not disappointed. Details and directions for when we landed were clear and precise and driver was waiting for us. For our return journey we we contacted beforehand and the driver was with us 10 mins. before his due time. Both vehicles were very clean and both drivers very polite. We used Marrakech Airport Transfer for the first time, and the experience was excellent. Before our departure, we received a WhatsApp message from our driver with clear instructions on where to meet him at Marrakech Airport arrivals. Our flight landed after midnight, and we exited the airport after 1 AM. The driver was waiting for us exactly at the location he had shared earlier. On the way to our apartment, we asked if he could stop at any late night grocery store so we could buy some drinking water, and he kindly agreed without hesitation. When we arrived at our Airbnb in Marrakech city, the driver made sure we reached the correct building and could get inside safely. Pick up outside the airport was straight forward and after our arrival in Essasouira with a very ambiguous Airbnb address, our driver went way beyond normal levels of service to find our apartment.
