When reserving a Marrakech Airport transfer, you must tell us your Name, destination, Flight number, Scheduled flight arrival time, Airline, and flight Origin.

The driver will then meet you at Airport arrivals from your stated flight and will display a sign with your name on to assist in locating you at the arrivals gate.

If your flight is late, do not worry, our drivers monitor flight arrivals and will meet you at the arrivals gate at the new anticipated arrival time.

The driver will assist you with your luggage and will then transport you privately and directly to your nominated Hotel or location which you advised us of at the time of making the reservation. 

If your destination location changes, there may be an extra cost involved if the new location is outside of the original Zone of your original destination.
EG: If your original destination was in the Marrakech Medina and your new destination location is in the Marrakech Palmerie.

If your flight is Cancelled completely, or you miss the flight, please contact us to re-arrange your transfer for another suitable time.
